The course focus is on developing knowledge, skills, attitudes and values essential in helping others to expand or refine their instructional effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on helping teachers use alternating models of instruction, diagnosing learner needs, prescribing appropriate learner instructional strategies and accommodating learner needs based on the concept of diversity.
