The Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations, Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership and the Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership and Principal Licensure from the University of Dayton School of Education and Health Sciences are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. In addition, the programs have been accredited as part of institutional accreditation awarded by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

The Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership + Principal Licensure program, as well as the Principal Licensure Preparation Program, are recognized by the Ohio Department of Education as leading to the Ohio Principal License.
